Saturday, Parker was invited to a friend's birthday party in our neighborhood. The theme was "farm/barnyard" and they had a petting zoo set up in their backyard. We all had a lot of fun and it was an absolutely gorgeous day - about 68!! (Amy, I thought of you in all your cold weather and snow, while we had sun and warm weather!)

Isn't this cool?? It's the duck's hair - looks like a bob, doesn't it? Mr. Harold told us what type of duck this was, but we can't remember now, but it is real - Hah!
All the animals were coming towards Parker and he was trying to figure out how to get out of the pen - hah!
My favorite animal - the pot-belly pig. It was so cute. It laid just like that pretty much the whole time because there was always someone rubbing it's tummy.

Right after Parker tried to touch this baby duck's beak, it hopped out of my hands and we had to catch it! (Luckily, we got it - whew!)
Savannah and Sadie are neighbors that live up the street. They were awesome with Parker. They both helped Parker pet the animals, they took him on the playset and just sat with him - it was really sweet!
Parker liked swinging, but he liked swinging with Savannah the best!
The birthday cake - super cute! The 2 year old birthday girl, Meghan, is on the far left, and the 5 year old birthday girl, Addison, is on the far right with the pink bow. Their mom did a dual-party - bless her!

This was Meghan and Parker last year at her birthday party.
We had an awesome time and we were so thankful the weather was beautiful. Parker was absolutely exhausted after the party and he went to bed at 7pm!

That looks like super fun! Glad he liked the shirt. Totally forgot I got that for him. I like that duck. She looks like Diana Ross. That pig is too cute. My dad used to want one as a pet, but my mom wouldn't let him get one.
What a great day with the animals! Looks like Parker and Meghan had a good time.
