Brad has taken up golf

Well, I guess Brad now has a new hobby. He loves to play golf. However, I don't. He does a pretty good job. This is Brad playing in a charity golf tournament in Omaha with his dad. On this hole, if you got a hole in one, you won a new Infiniti car. Needless to say, we're still driving my Camry!

Nebraska Boys (plus Sidney)

Donnie, Brad and Nick showing off their pack of baseball cards. This is a tradition they all have shared throughout their years of growing up. Donnie and Brad traded packs, before opening, but Nick kept his. Brad actually got the best pack of cards and Nick's pack wasn't quite so good. Sorry Nick!

GA vs Stanford

GA vs Miami (Opening Night)

Go DAWGS!

Here we are at the College World Series in Omaha. Brad and I went to all the GA games, minus the championship series. GA played great and it was great to get to see them play! The weather was perfect - 83 and a nice breeze. The Nebraska folks thought it was hot, but Brad and I definitely thought it was absolutely perfect!

Going to Omaha, NE

This is Jake on our way to Omaha. I think his look speaks for all of us . . . "Are we ever going to get there?"

Brad's parents

Brad's parents are great. We always enjoy getting to visit with them. They live in Nebraska, so unfortunately we don't get to see them very often. Jake also has them wrapped around his little paw.

Jake in Parker's room

Jake tested out Parker's crib today. He walked around, sniffed, and sat down in the crib. I think he really liked it because when I went to get him out of it, he really didn't want to come. I believe Jake approves of the bed. You may see Jake and Parker becoming bed buddies before too long!

Our best friends

These are our best friends from college, Amy and Casey, and Jake's best buddy, Colton. We all played softball and baseball together at Tennessee Tech. We always enjoy getting to spend time together even though we live in different states.

Jake and Grandma

Here is Jake with Grandma Henry. He really does have her wrapped around his little paw!

The Crew

This is the Henry, Sparks, and Kleeman Crew. It's always good when we all get together. We all live far away, so it's hard for us to get together a lot.

Jake's doggie pj's

Here is Jake in his doggie pajamas! Our neighbors, John and Jinna, got them for him. I think he looks stylish!

Our great neighbors

These are our wonderful neighbors, John and Jinna. They have a doggie named Punky and she and Jake are good buddies.

Jake waiting on some food

This is Brad's dad making some Nebraska meat. Trust me - there is no other meat like Nebraska meat! Jake even realizes that and he is sitting patiently waiting for "Grandpa Rolly" to drop a little meat in the floor for him.

Jake's Car Rides

Here is Jake in his many car rides. This one is on our way to Nebraska. I think his look is saying, "Are we there yet?"

Jake and his Snowman

This is Jake's first snowman. This was from our "big" snow in January. We had to make a snowman quick because it melted so fast.

Jake Flying Private Jet

This was Jake's first experience flying. He got to fly on a private jet last summer. We flew to Ft. Myers, FL when Brad was coaching the 16-year old travel baseball team. The "owner" of the team owned this plane and took myself, Jake, his wife, and few of the baseball boys on the plane to the tournament. It was an awesome experience! Jake was a little nervous, but he did good.

Jake's Favorite Little Man

Jake enjoys being around his little man, Colton. They are the same size, so they're good buddies!

Jake the Coach

Here is Jake ready to coach our upcoming addition, Parker. He has the glove, ball, and baseball outfit ready for him.

Brad and Brandy

Brad and I went on a railroad ride through the North Georgia mountains. We actually did this twice, once with my mom and once with Brad's parents.

Brad pondering our yard

This is Brad doing what he does best - wondering what he's going to do next on the yard. If you look at the top of the picture, you'll see Jake doing what he does best - exploring the bushes in the yard.
