Happy 2011!!!

Happy New Year!!  It's hard to believe that another new year is upon us!  We are so thankful for our health, our family and our friends.  We look forward to another great year as a family and getting to see 2011 through the eyes of our little man.

A couple of days ago, we took Parker to our local barber shop to get his hair cut.  The lady did a great job!  She used the clippers and "faded" his hair and everything.  Brad and I were very impressed!
Parker sat very still and did a great job, except for when she squirted his hair with water.  He didn't like that part at all.  I think the pics show that pretty well! Hah!

Whew, all better - no more water!

The finished product on our little man!

There is a Chick-Fil-A right across from the barber shop, so we walked over and ate some breakfast.  Parker had their yogurt and loved it!

Later, we went outside and just played!

Parker absolutely loves his mower - he pushes it everywhere!!

Enjoy the video of Parker and his mower!

Daddy giving Parker some tips on how to mow properly!

New Year's Eve, we took Parker to a local park.  The weather was actually quite pleasant - about 50.  This seemed warm compared to our snow/ice and 20 degree weather we had just a few days ago!
Parker had a blast - he just wanted to walk and explore!

Brad is "King of the Hill"

After Parker woke up from his nap, we played in our backyard for a while.  The weather really turned nice (even I had on a t-shirt), and it felt so great to be outside!

Parker was pushing his mower, so Brad decided to get his newest mower out and show Parker.  Like father, like son - Parker was fascinated!  (I have to say, Brad's mower is pretty cool)

The Kleeman boys with their toys!

Parker would not take his eyes off Brad's mower as he was putting it away!  Hilarious!!

Parker was so worn out New Year's Eve night.  After being outside almost all day, he was pooped!

New Year's Day, we enjoyed a family day at the house.  It rained pretty much all day, but we had fun playing inside.  We started off the new year right by taking a trip to Starbucks, then we came home and I made pigs in a blanket, and we watched football all day!!  For dinner, Brad grilled polish sausages and we played more and watched more football.  It was awesome!!

Parker and I played ball with each other.

We played chase and hide-n-seek with each other.

When Jake woke up from his nap - we all played tug-of-war with him!  It's one of Parker's favorite things to do with Jake.  He will giggle and clap - it's really cute!

The tug-of-war game was going really well, when all of a sudden . . .

Jake decided he didn't want to play anymore!  He took his toy and went under the bed (you can see just a little of Jake's tail)!!  Parker followed him in the bedroom and was trying to look for him!!  Needless to say, that was the end of that game! Hah!
We had a great New Year's Eve and New Year's Day!  We hope you all have a wonderful 2011!!

Brandy,
Very cool, especially the mower pictures. Sent to my brothers to let them know that the mowing tradition lives on! Uncle Dean will especially get a kick out of this!

I LOVE YALLS BACKYARD. Does it get any better than that? I want to come and play back there! Love the part about his haircut too! He is such a cutie!
