Today we had Parker's playset delivered and installed. We ordered it from PlayNation. Their office is about 30 minutes south of us, but their factory is in the same town we live in. They have a great selection and awesome prices. We are so excited to have it up and ready for Parker to play on!
Here it is!
The area is not 100% finished. Brad is going to level out the area a little more and put some type of mulch/wood chips in the area. We're going to move our picnic table just behind the playset. Brad also wants to do a curved bridge and rock pathway leading to the playset, so we're excited for the "final" touches to begin.
We love our sign!!
Below is the sandbox (it has a cover on it right now). We don't have sand yet, but we'll be getting it soon. I love the built-in table! It also has 2 side seats - so cool!!
The first thing Parker wanted to do was swing. We are still using his baby swing right now, because he's not quite ready for the regular swing.
Jake seemed to approve of the playset! Hah!
This was Parker's first attempt at going down the slide. I think his face says it all!! He's probably thinking, "You want me to do what??" I think this picture is funny, because Jake's expression is completely opposite of Parker's! Hah!
After he went down the slide a few times, he warmed up to it pretty quick. Our neighbors, John and Jinna came over and helped Parker get used to the slide!
Jinna and I helped Parker walk up the slide and then had him slide down on his belly - he loved it! Hah!
