Fun in June!

We did some fun things in June, so this post is a recap of the month - enjoy!

Brad and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary on June 7th.  Hard to believe it's been 10 years already!
We went to our favorite indoor play place -  Catch Air.  The kids love it.  We'll be having Hannah's 2nd birthday party here in November - can't wait!
My favorite color is purple, so I dressed the kids in purple for church one Sunday morning.  We got a few good pics of them!  Thanks to my mom for Hannah's super cute purple dress!
Stopping to smell the flowers!
Big brother on the lookout!
Parker and Hannah were invited to one of Parker's preschool classmates birthday party.  It was a pirate and fairy theme and was at a neighborhood playground.  The kids had a great time!
Hannah sat on the mat with all the other little girls and watched Tinker Bell paint the girl's faces.  It was too cute!
We had a fun Father's Day.  We went on a walk in the neighborhood, then went to the aquatic center.
The kids love the water now (yes, even Parker) and neither was ready to leave!
Hannah loves getting my shoes and walking around in them!
Parker found this toy that he had gotten as a birthday present in his closet.  This is the biggest hit with both he and Hannah.  We've had a few scuffles over whose turn it is to play it - hah!
Hannah turned 19 months in June.  She is a little spit-fire and is into everything!  She follows Parker around and wants to do whatever he is doing, and us too.  She has picked up a few more words: hooray (pronounced "who-wray"), apple (pronounced "ah-pay"), stop, what's this and star.  She and Parker play together and run around the house chasing each other - it's super cute!
We took our annual trip to Six Flags.  I always get 2 free teacher tickets, so fortunately my mom was able to come down so we could all enjoy the day together.  It was warm, but we all had a great time!

The kids were fascinated by him - it was too cute!  Hannah thought he was awesome and didn't want to leave.
We got in line for Hannah's first ride at Six Flags, Monster Plantation.  While we waited, the kids made their own fun and ran up and down the aisles!
The kids first experience standing in line for a ride - hah!
Hannah was ready for her first ride with Grandma Henry!
Parker was excited too!
Parker got to ride Tweety's ride for the first time.  It was a cute ride that went up and down.  He loved it!
Parker loved the swings!
Hannah wasn't quite so sure about the boat ride - hah!
It was hot, but we had fun!
Hannah was ready to drive the trucks!
There's Parker!
Not sure who had more fun on the trucks, Hannah or Grandma Henry - hah!
Another successful trip to Six Flags!
At the end of June, we went to the aquarium.  I have only been to our aquarium once and that's when Parker was just a baby!  So, it was fun to get to go again, especially this time when he could enjoy it!
We met the GA Aquarium Whale Shark - the kids loved him!
Love this silhouette of Hannah!
Parker was so intrigued with Diver Dan.  He stood there for the longest time watching him, then he gave him a "high five."  Diver Dan liked Parker's shark shirt too!
These sea horses were so cool and so tiny!  I forget how small they really are!
Hands down, we loved the dolphins and the dolphin show the best.  It was a great show and the dolphins were excellent!
This picture cracks me up - Hannah and the fish have the same expression!
I took several pics, trying to get the kids to cooperate.  It was hard, because we were in a walk through tunnel where all kinds of marine life were swimming all around.  This huge fish cooperated with us the entire time.  Hannah wasn't quite so sure and Parker was looking over his shoulder, making sure they were a safe distance apart - hah!
The whale shark was huge!
Parker found Nemo!
Parker loved the Beluga whales.  I had to drag him away, or he would have stayed there for a long time watching them.  They are quite the specimen!
I love Parker's face and all the colors - too cute!
The piranha fish were cool and scary at the same time, especially when you can see their teeth!  Parker kept putting his finger on the glass and the next picture shows a piranha coming right at it.
So, that's it for June.  We got to do lots of fun things and made some great memories!  I'll try to do better in July with keeping up with our posts.
